Het Derde Erfpad is een wandelroute van 9 kilometer lang, mocht dit te lang zijn kunt u de route nog verkorten naar 5,5 kilometer. De route begint bij Fletcher Hotel- Restaurant Het Witte Huis en eindigt op daar ook. Onderweg kunt u genieten van verschillende landschappen zoals de polders, de bossen en de stuifduinen. 

Na de lange wandeling kunt u dan ook nog lekker genieten van koffie met gebak voor maar €5,50!
